- Cell imbalance and thermal runaway
The BMS ensures individual cell monitoring, automatic load shedding under fault conditions, and temperature regulation—critical for safe operation in demanding settings. It operates safely within -20°C to 55°C for discharge and 0°C to 45°C for charging, making it adaptable to a wide range of climates.

Charging and Maintenance Guidance
To maximize lifespan and safety:
- Use a CC/CV charger set to 12.6V (3S) lithium-ion mode
- Recommended charge rate: 0.2C–0.5C (11.76A–29.4A); fast charging possible with active cooling
- Store at 3.7–3.8V per cell (11.1–11.4V total) in a dry, temperature-controlled environment
- Avoid full discharge below 9.0V (3.0V per cell) to prevent irreversible damage
With proper care, the battery supports over 800 charge cycles while retaining more than 80% of its original capacity, offering excellent long-term value for commercial and industrial users.
