Tailored for high-voltage (nominal 36V for Li-ion) and power-demanding devices, it balances robust safety safeguards with high-current compatibility, making it ideal for heavy-duty tools, electric mobility gear, and medium-scale energy storage systems.
10S-Calibrated Protection & 30A High-Current Safeguards
Optimized for 10S configurations and 30A peak discharge, the board delivers targeted protection for multi-cell high-power packs:
Overcharge Protection: Triggers at 4.25V (Li-ion) per cell, cutting charging current to prevent thermal runaway—critical for 10S packs where cumulative voltage amplifies overcharge risks.
Undervoltage Protection: Shuts down discharge at 2.5V (Li-ion) per cell, avoiding permanent capacity loss from “weak cells” that can disable high-power 10S systems.
