The BAKTH-010S060A-0140-01 is a high-power 10S lithium battery protection board, engineered exclusively for 10-cell series (10S) lithium packs (Li-ion, Li-polymer, LiFePO4) and optimized for high-current applications—with a maximum discharge current of 30A (complementing its model-encoded “060A” design rating for stable current handling). Tailored for high-voltage (nominal 36V for Li-ion) and power-demanding devices, it balances robust safety safeguards with high-current compatibility, making it ideal for heavy-duty tools, electric mobility gear, and medium-scale energy storage systems.
10S-Calibrated Protection & 30A High-Current Safeguards
Optimized for 10S configurations and 30A peak discharge, the board delivers targeted protection for multi-cell high-power packs:
Overcharge Protection: Triggers at 4.25V (Li-ion) per cell, cutting charging current to prevent thermal runaway—critical for 10S packs where cumulative voltage amplifies overcharge risks.
Undervoltage Protection: Shuts down discharge at 2.5V (Li-ion) per cell, avoiding permanent capacity loss from “weak cells” that can disable high-power 10S systems.
High-Current Overload & Short-Circuit Protection: Instantly blocks currents exceeding 30A (max discharge) or 90A (peak surge), shielding the 10S pack and devices (e.g., electric motor-driven tools) from burnout during high-load operation.
10-Cell Active Balancing: Automatically equalizes voltage across all 10 cells during charging, eliminating uneven charge distribution common in high-cell-count, high-current packs—extending pack lifespan by up to 40% vs. unbalanced systems.
