8S LiFePO4-Specific Protection & 10A Reliability
Calibrated to LiFePO4’s unique electrochemical traits and 8-cell dynamics, the board delivers targeted protection aligned with 10A medium-power demands:
Overcharge Protection: Triggers at 3.7V per cell (total 29.6V for 8S packs), instantly cutting charging current to prevent LiFePO4 cell degradation—critical for 8S systems where voltage imbalance across eight cells accelerates capacity loss.
Undervoltage Protection: Shuts down discharge at 2.3V per cell (total 18.4V for 8S packs), avoiding irreversible damage to LiFePO4 cells that are sensitive to deep discharge, especially during 10A sustained operation.
10A Overcurrent & Short-Circuit Protection: Blocks currents exceeding 10A (max discharge) or 30A (peak surge), shielding the 8S LiFePO4 pack and connected smart devices from burnout during startup or accidental short circuits.
