8S-Specific Protection & 60A High-Current Safeguards
Calibrated to address the unique dynamics of 8-cell packs and 60A extreme discharge, the board provides targeted protection to mitigate high-power risks:

Overcharge Protection: Triggers at 3.65V (Li-ion) per cell (total 29.2V for 8S packs), instantly cutting charging current to prevent cell swelling, electrolyte breakdown, or thermal runaway—critical for 8S systems where voltage imbalance across 8 cells amplifies degradation under high-current stress.

Undervoltage Protection: Shuts down discharge at 2.5V (Li-ion) per cell (total 20.0V for 8S packs), avoiding irreversible capacity loss from deep discharge, especially during 60A sustained high-load operation (e.g., electric vehicle acceleration or industrial tool heavy use).
