  • Overcharge Protection: Triggers at 3.75V (Li-ion)) per cell (total 15V for 4S packs), instantly cutting charging current to prevent cell swelling or thermal runaway—critical for 4S systems where voltage imbalance across four cells can accelerate degradation.
  • Undervoltage Protection: Shuts down discharge at 2.5V (Li-ion) per cell (total 10.0V for 4S packs), avoiding irreversible capacity loss from "weak cells" that compromise performance in 10A mid-power operation.
  • 10A Overcurrent & Short-Circuit Protection: Blocks currents exceeding 10A (max discharge) or 30A (peak surge), shielding the 4S pack and connected devices (e.g., cordless mini-drills, portable LED work lights) from burnout during startup or sustained use.
  • 4-Cell Active Balancing: Automatically equalizes voltage across all four cells during charging, eliminating uneven charge distribution—a common issue in 4S packs that reduces runtime and lifespan.
