The ITL0020200054-01 is a compact, high-performance protection board exclusively engineered for 2-cell series (2S) lithium battery packs—supporting Li-ion, Li-polymer, and LiFePO4 chemistries—with a maximum discharge current of 20A. Designed for medium-power, low-to-mid voltage applications (nominal 7.4V for Li-ion), it balances robust safety safeguards with responsive current handling, making it an ideal choice for small electric tools, portable energy devices, and consumer electronics that demand reliable 2S power protection.
2S-Specific Protection & 20A High-Current Safeguards
Calibrated to address the unique needs of 2-cell series packs, the board delivers targeted protection optimized for 2S voltage dynamics and 20A discharge demands:
Overcharge Protection: Triggers at 4.1V (Li-ion) per cell (total 8.2V for 2S packs), instantly cutting charging current to prevent cell swelling or thermal runaway—critical for 2S systems where voltage imbalance between two cells can quickly degrade performance.
