Designed for mid-to-high voltage applications, this board acts as a critical safeguard against battery damage and safety hazards, while its “010A” designation indicates a 10A continuous current rating, making it ideal for power-demanding devices like electric tools, portable energy storage units, and light mobility gear.

    Optimized for 5S battery configurations, the BAKTH-005S010A-0138-01 delivers calibrated safeguards for 5 individual cells:​
    • Overcharge Protection: Triggers when any cell exceeds 3.75V (Li-ion), cutting off charging current to prevent cell swelling, electrolyte breakdown, or thermal runaway—critical for 5S packs where voltage accumulation amplifies overcharge risks.​
    • Undervoltage Protection: Shuts down discharge if a cell drops below 2.2V (Li-ion), avoiding irreversible capacity loss that often plagues multi-cell packs due to “weak cell” drag. ​
