Usual warranty is 12 months, for some special products' warranty can be further negotiate accordingly. Always a pre-production sample before mass production, Always final Inspection before shipment.

Standard products: sample order 1~3 weeks according to different models, 4~8 weeks for bulk order according to different models and quantity.

As battery is belong DG product according to IATA, the shipping method and time are as below:
- By express: about 1~2 weeks, some destinations maybe longer delivery time
- By air: about 2~3 weeks, some destinations maybe longer delivery time
- By sea: 20~60 days according to different countries
- By train: 30~45 days according to different countries
Ship through your own shipping agent is acceptable too.
